Note on data processing
We respect your privacy and only process personal data within the framework of current data protection based on legal provisions or if you consent to the processing. You can obtain information about the processing of your personal data at any time. For the request on information, send us a message by e-mail or by fax. We do not pass on any data to third parties without statutory obligation. This information according to EU GDPR Art. 13 is given only once and can be requested again at any time upon request.

For the preparation of a heating test report we process personal data
on the following legal basis:
The provisions of the Flemish Government's Decree
on Combustion Decree of 8 December 2006 on the maintenance and inspection of
central heating appliances for the heating of buildings or for the preparation
of domestic hot water.
Decree of the Walloon Government with the aim of
preventing air pollution from central heating systems for heating buildings or
hot water and reducing energy consumption (MB 19.05.2009).
EU GDPR Art 6 (1) lit e "Lawfulness of processing"
processing is necessary for the performance of a
task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official
authority vested in the controller;
Categories and details of the collected data:
General customer data such as name, address, place of residence, email,
telephone and possibly fax number.
Receiver of collected data: the operator or owner
of a heating system and, if requested, the authority. On explicit request - and
never automated - also to third possible.
Duration of storage: As long as the customer
fully adheres to the legally prescribed test cycles and instructs us to carry
out the test, we do not delete the personal data collected from our database.
We see this as a service in the event that a certificate is lost at the customer.
Otherwise, we will delete the personal information on our devices no later than
5 years since the last change.
Data flow within the application
Bluetooth: Bluetooth services are required to work
with the application. The data of Bluetooth-connected meters are collected by
EURO-INDEX and passed to the recipients described above. The person
responsible decides in the presence of the customer / client and his consent
whether and how he may pass the data on to third parties via the share function
integrated in the application. (Example: report by email)
Location data: To provide the Bluetooth Low
Energy service, the permissions to the location data are automatically
required. The collection of this location data has purely technical backgrounds
and these are however in the application processed in any way in any way.
You have the following
rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR):
Right of access: You may ask for a confirmation
as to whether or not you are processing data in accordance with Art 15 of the
GDPR. If this is the case, you have a right to information about the processed
information.
Right to objection: If the processing of your
personal data is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our
company, you can object to further processing at any time in accordance with
Article 21 of the GDPR.
Right to erase: If you have objected to the
processing of your personal data (and there are no legitimate grounds for
processing), your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes of
processing, there is a corresponding legal obligation or your personal
information have been processed unlawfully, you have the right to demand the
deletion of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 GDPR.
Right to rectification: If your personal data
have been processed incorrectly, you have the right under Article 16 of the
GDPR to request the correction of this data without delay.
Right to restriction of processing: Under the
conditions of Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to demand the
restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability: You have the right
under Article 20 of the GDPR to receive personal data provided by you in a
structured, common and machine-readable format.
Right of appeal: In accordance with Article 77 of
the GDPR, you have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority.
